HAVE U EVER SEEN A
- Group of birds flying in a sky and then a single bird flying in a sky. How do u feel the view ?
- A single person dancing in a very bad way with unsynchronized steps and then thousands of persons dancing that same unsynchronized steps in synchronized manner. The view really looks amazing and magical with thousand persons compare to a single person.
- In mathematics a single point has less preference but when we join these points we form a miraculous structure and shape.
A single candle burning in a church and 1000 of candles burning in church . How do u feel the look of group of candles compared to single candle. It really looks amazing until and unless that a single candle is as bright as thousand.
So, GCE (Group Consciousness Energy ) is the collection of each ICE (Individual Consciousness Energy ) which empowers whole group or team to achieve the common vision happily.
“Similarly in life when a group of people happily work with common goal by putting their EGO aside among each other no one can stop them to reach pinnacle of success.”
Exercise to improve team performance and focus (U as a leader can try in your work place)
- Bring the group of people/ your team in an open space .
- Dance(simple,gentle,entertaining but not vigorous) to the tune(preferably trans or entertaining music)which will fill your team with joy to the fullest level .Best effect — if everyone close their eyes and dance to the music.
- After dance to the fullest level, everyone must be seated,close their eyes and be still.
- Everyone must hold their neighbor’s hands to form a complete chain and their hands should points towards upward ceiling .(as shown in below image)
Instructor should instruct these below words while everyone is still and closing their eyes and holding each other’s hands .(play a soothing music)
- Everyone relax all your muscles as soft as cotton. Feel that u are like water flowing from Himalayas. Sun rays are falling on this water . U are full of energy and happiness.
- Feel the balance of your hands which has been supported by your friends here.
- You all are forming a great marvelous chain where each link, i mean u are as important and essential as a whole chain or your team.
- Feel the energy transferring through the whole chain from one end to another. So each one of us here is important. If one link misses, energy can not transfer.U as an individual here are connected to everyone and everyone is connected to u.Do not fear everyone is here for u and u r for everyone here.
- Each link in the chain is supported by all other links in the chain. U are grateful for everyone to hold your existence. Whole team/chain is grateful and happy to have each link or you here.Remember each link’s energy is accumulated to form a huge long chain whose aim is a single vision. Now the chain is having an infinite energy . Each link or everyone of us is now much more fearless,happy ,grateful and can achieve our common vision.
